Expert Guidance for Seniors and Families -
When It Matters Most
After many years of serving seniors and their families through healthcare, legal case management, advocacy, care coordination, and Long-Term Care Medicaid, Heather founded Full Circle Care Consulting with one mission:
To provide seniors and their families with the dignity, guidance, advocacy, and compassionate support they deserve.
The truth is, Full Circle Care Consulting was not created simply to start a business.
It was created from the heart.
Throughout her career, Heather has helped individuals and families navigate some of life’s most complex and emotional situations. She has celebrated victories alongside families, walked with them through difficult seasons, and worked tirelessly to help people find answers during times of uncertainty and crisis.
There have been cases that kept her awake at night because she genuinely cares about the outcome.
Along the way, she saw something that was not okay.
She saw seniors and families overwhelmed by complicated systems, endless paperwork, lack of communication, and uncertainty about where to turn for help. She saw people who deserved clarity, respect, compassionate guidance, and someone willing to advocate for them when the road ahead felt overwhelming.
Heather believes our seniors deserve better.
They deserve to be treated with dignity. They deserve to be heard. They deserve knowledgeable guidance, compassionate advocacy, and personalized support through every stage of the process.
That belief is what led to the creation of Full Circle Care Consulting.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning healthcare, senior services, legal case management, leadership, advocacy, crisis response, and Long-Term Care Medicaid, Heather brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to the families she serves.
From executive boardrooms to courtrooms, clinical environments to hands-on senior support, she understands the systems families must navigate - because she has worked with in every layer of them.
As Chief Operating Officer of a law firm, Heather led operations, organizational strategy, and team development while remaining closely connected to clients and their needs. This rare combination of executive leadership and personal advocacy continues to define her approach today.
Her healthcare experience includes senior living, home care, case management, physical therapy, long-term care Medicaid, laboratory and pathology services, orthopedic care, dementia support, and care coordination.
Extensively trained in dementia care, Heather is known for her empathetic listening, practical guidance, and ability to help families feel informed, supported, and confident during some of life’s most difficult transitions.
A certified First Responder for nearly 30 years, with specialized training in water safety and disaster crisis response, she brings calm, clarity, and decisive problem-solving to high-stress situations. Families often describe her as the steady presence they need when everything feels overwhelming.
Heather also serves on boards and committees, including the Dementia Care & Cure Initiative (DCCI) Taskforce through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs, working alongside others who are committed to improving the lives of individuals living with dementia and those who care for them. This program began as a $42 million initiative and has since expanded into a program with a $126 million budget.
She has served as a Board of Trustees member for nonprofit organizations and as Chair of an Implementation Committee focused on community impact and organizational advancement.
A passionate advocate for seniors and families, Heather has also helped raise millions of dollars for nonprofit organizations - including organizations supporting terminally ill children - and has worked to influence policy and system improvements within healthcare organizations to strengthen care delivery and outcomes.
